Does anyone have any advice on what to do if the consultant you’re working under is bad? How do I prevent myself looking bad when they’re doing a bad job?

What does everyone think of this... is replying all necessary ? I had a colleague reply all to complain about student evaluations that we had all agreed to complete. The colleague challenged the teachers who had completed the evaluation of a student and demanded that they check other students that had passed (since personally they thought some of those evaluations were questionable)... ALL because it wasn’t fair that this student was not passing.

Need advice on where to invest my money. I’m 27 y/o and have 100k saved. 25k with a badly managed robo advisor which has only given me +3% this year, 15k actively invested and 45k in cash (pls no judgement, I know about inflation, that’s why I’m seeking advice), 15k in my retirement savings fund. Want to ditch my robo advisor and start investing as diversified as possible without having to buy single stocks. Any advice?

How do I determine the likelihood of getting a Top Secret Security clearance? I am qualified for a number of federal jobs but haven’t applied because of an allegation of misconduct at my job five years ago. I have plenty of positive equities since then and evidence of rehabilitation for admission to the bar. I just have no idea how much forgiveness is possible in a TS security clearance.

Luggage delay claim question

I used Chase explorer to buy tickets for my vacation and luggages were delayed for a month. Per chase term I am entitled $100 a day for 3 days. But the claim agency chase used has been asking for airlines response, which has not came (2month+ now). I am concerned insurance will use this as an excuse to never compensate. Currently, in accenture. I have had very bad billable hours and not much achievement this fiscal year. I am worried of getting fired, so i applied for another job. Got offered may be 5% above my current pay with 5k bonus, but in lower level at Deloitte. I think working lower level will give me more opportunities to learn as i think i have lot to learn.
