Hi everyone!
I've been offered a job at Publicis Sapient as a front-end developer (React Js).
What kind of work culture, work load and tech stack exposure should I be expecting?
I'm having 1 year experience.
I've also got offers from IndiaMART InterMESH Limited, Amdocs, Verizon and Collegedunia.
All for the role of front-end web developer.
I'm very confused between all of them.

Bain & Company I received an offer to join Bain & Company for SF office but due to family reasons, I will have to stay in the South Bay. Given Bain’s local staffing model, it will be challenging for me to commute to SF and back. Is it possible to be transferred to the palo alto office/is that office fully functioning or does it mainly serve as a hub for partners and research?

You're hired for the location with the expectation to be in the office. Your manager chain will approve requests - which can be submitted after you join.
The criteria for approving requests is based on tenure and level - o unlikely to get approved within the first year. Plus, some teams are more open to remote work than other teams.
TLDR - don't expect to be remote within the first year for sure.
My recruiters seemed to push office location pretty hard. There’s more flexibility in terms of which offices but didn’t mention anything about remote. My guess is that they want to socialize new hires first by having them inperson/hybrid and then once that happens you can then go remote.
In general, most roles are not remote. You can apply (likely after some time) but certains functions will have no remote work at all (eg GBO), and for the other functions its up to 20% headcount remote, 20% alternative location. The means vast majority will be in the location advertised office. Don't get your hopes up about any time frame- there are no rules about socialisation for nooglers, it's about business function.
Did you mention this during your interview process?
Then honestly i wouldn’t expect to be able to go remote. You signed with the knowledge and commitment to a specific office.
We're remote until Jan 1, but if you got a job wit the expectation of being in the Denver office I doubt they'll give that the nod unless you have a good reason.
