I used to have them as a client. They’re big on employee ownership and that is the main perk
That's not important for me tbh
I've heard back things and that individuals are underpaid. This came from an ex burns employee working on a project team
Underpaid severely, typically overworked and had to consistently to fight with HR about getting OT paid out (it was an hourly role), toxic team. The standard stuff
Rising Star
I'm not sure. I with with a lot of techs from there who say they were worked to death but imo it's worth it for the glory

like substations and data centers? yes
Did you ever find out more about this position? I am curious because someone reached out to me for the same job you were asking about.
I told the agency that I was not interested after speaking to the manager. It didn't sound like the right environment for me. You are responsible for getting work even though the manager admitted that the engineers didn't want to share the work with you. Your job responsibilities are based on what the engineers want off their plate and if you didn't get enough hours of actual work, that meant you were not reaching your goals. I do not want to beg for work. That's the whole point of getting a job so you don't have to look for one. Then, she was talking about her former employee and how she basically sucked. Nah
Same question- but what they pay attorneys lol
What? Are you saying you are wondering what it's like working there?
