Please evaluate this initial offer for Apple ICT3. I think I was low balled, but I want to take more opinions. Currently Sr. MTS at VMware, received Apple ICT3. I was expecting to get to ICT4 but seems like team thinks upper end of ICT3 is more apt. Also, I think it is because I don’t have any counter offers yet.

That’s a lot of compost... I say take it.
There are so many typos in this post that I can’t even focus enough on the question at hand
Well thank you for trying :)
When someone puts so little thought and time into their question it is hard for me to put time and thought into a helpful response.
Nah bro, compost >>>
Not worth it, that’s what EM comp is. What until you get designated and they’ll bump you to senior director or VP probably
What % of associates typically make it to EM?
Associate is the Post MBA role at McK and the UG role at BCG. Which one are you?
Director at this organization is a leader of leaders managing parts of their business and operations, I would start as part of a transformation team with opportunity to transition later to the business/ops side
OP - total YOE? Skills?
Seems low
I would say this is a mid-to-low offer. Somewhere around 250-275k all-in comp would seem average.
Yes it is a F500
Let me guess, Schwab in Denver? The pay seems low for a director title but maybe their titles are inflated. Like others said, should aim for 250+ unless you are geographically limited and this is best you could find in the region
Thanks for the insight, sounds like there is room to negotiate. I’m geographically locked but I’m not desperate so I can wait for a better offer
~$160k, 20% variable bonus and 15% RSU vested over three years. I’m looking for advise on the financial compensation, I realize there are other considerations (e.g., career progression)
McK
When you say YOE, do you mean current YOE comp ? My skills are related to operational excellence (lean, agile), managing teams, coaching executives thru large scale transformations
Total years of experience?
What are your initial thoughts and concerns? Asking for a blank opinion does nobody any good. Is your concern the comp? Is it exiting MBB now vs later? Is the role the right fit? Tell us your analysis and then we poke holes or support
I’m asking for advice on the compensation range, is it reasonable and how does it compare to other exits for an associate/early engagement manager
Learn how to spell first....
What’s wrong with you dude
If this guy won’t put in the effort to even type a coherent question, and acts like a complete ass, why should anyone answer his Q?
PS: Comp got autocorrected to compost, I thought about fixing it... but you got to admit it was funnier to leave it the way it is
Yeah, wait for EM and you will get crazy good offers ;)
What is crazy good ? Sample titles and comp?
Senior Director or VP... comp in the range of 400k depending on the city and company !
I know of a guy who left Harvard and founded Facebook, became CEO without even graduating.
Anecdotes will anecdote.
