I have been working remotely since covid getting nothing but positive reviews. My company is not remote friendly and is now telling me I have to return to the office or I lose my job. I just found out a co-worker had a remote position created for them, without a job posting, without an interview and without the experience required (normally a license or certification would be mandatory). Deloitte India - Senior Consultant
Capgemini - Associate Consultant

Capgemini has verbally promised me 9 LPA but the offer is yet to be released.
Deloitte India has not yet communicated any offer, neither verbal nor formal.

I am more inclined towards joining Deloitte India as it is a bigger position than Capgemini.

Just want to get some advice….I’ve been with my company for 6 years. Our company split into two divisions and brought on a senior manager and a director. Both are not at all knowledgeable with what our department does. In the last two years they have been here…our scores from our teams surveys have dropped over 50% YOY. They claim “that’s normal and at least we are on the negative of numbers”. I want to look elsewhere now. It’s terrible here.
