Even though I personally can’t relate to this (because I love WFH), sounds like full remote is a dealbreaker for you if it’s really making you that unhappy. There are plenty of companies and firms (most of them probably) that are requiring at least hybrid at this point. You should prioritize that in your search, and it’s not crazy to turn the other place down.
Of course, you could always wind up at a place where you don’t want to have beers with/befriend the people you work with, it’s kind of luck of the draw, so also prioritize finding a good cultural fit, maybe somewhere similar to your first job.
Having been fully WFH for 2 years now, I feel you. I miss people! My husband is wonderful but sometimes I just need the energy of other humans too.
I recently started putting together a list of different places I could work from whether it be Starbucks or a co-working space. I'm setting a new goal to try to work outside of my house at least once a week to be around new people. I'm just gonna try to create my own work scenario on my terms!

I also thought being fully remote was ideal. But then I did it for two years and my extroverted self was going insane and lonely.
If you decide to take the new job, I would invest heavily in hobbies. Spend more time during your day doing things and meeting people with similar interests. It’s easier to have conversations when everyone is in the office, but you’ll have to seek them out yourself if you’re fully remote.
