Does anyone have tips for WFH? I've been doing it for a year and can't stand it. I have plenty of friends outside of work but I really do miss grabbing beers after work, small talk, etc. Made three really good friends at my first job. Asking because I received a job offer with a significant raise. However, it's completely remote with no office in my city. Logically I should absolutely take the job but the remote part is holding me back which makes me feel crazy. Anyone have tips to help?

I got an offer from hcl and they are offering very less hike on my current CTC around 20% even fixed part is less than my current fixed amount.

I reverted asking them to provide 40% hike on my cctc or 20% hike on fixed cctc and wfh option.
It's been six days no reply from HR.

When I negotiated my comp, all my discussions were around me being a junior and I only accepted my comp for that reason (would not have accepted if I was step above junior since it was low). Negotiations happened with HR, but my offer letter and documents never mention junior (but I have proof from HR saying I am a junior). How do I approach this with my boss as I’m not sure she’s aware I’m actually technically a junior? Revolving around asking for a move up + raise
