10 months in a new global brand side role,former agency of 15 years. Really struggling to find my footing. Projects are slow, no direction from leadership, everyone wants to outsource vs do the work, and challenging times trying to be at the right conversation bc either forgotten or just not included and should be. Hi Fishes, i have two year of experience in ML (and DL) and now am into MLOPS. After spending few months in MLOPS am feeling whether to switch back to ML profile since in MLOPS I don't know what's happening on model side, some other team is building the model and I am just deploying and monitoring it.
