Hi Fishes, I grabbed an offer at Accenture with 12 LPA fixed for Level 9. I'm not getting a retention offer from my current company at 13.5 lpa. How do I go about a counter offer with Accenture HR? Also tell me how to approach this situation smoothly.
If HR doesn't fulfill the counter offer, is it ok to accept 12 lpa fixed for Level 9 and when will I get a hike here and how much would it be approximately?
Accenture Please provide your insights. This is my first switch so I ne more exposure

Hi fishes,
I’m a fresher and have recently completed my internship as an Operations manager at Amazon. I am currently looking for FT opportunities. I came across and opening at Maersk for the role of Business Analyst. Could anyone refer me for the role or maybe point me to a suitable opportunity?
thanks!

Hi all
Few months back, I accepted @pwc india's offer but didn't join.
Now I was referred for @pwc US but as I was applying for the job, the portal shows previous application with status as offer accepted.
Will pwc consider me again?
Does anyone have any idea on this?
Has someone accepted the offer but didn't join and later joined again after some months?
Please let me know
Any inputs will be helpful
Thanks!

My guess 180 + 25% bonus + some stock options
Hmm I think the $160-$180 base is off. I'm a senior manager at a biotech and my base is $175k, so I'd expect a director to be around $200k base. I'd guess you'd get 15-25% bonus and ~$50k in stock options per year so that would be around $300k.
D1 is right
Generally, $160-$180 base, plus anywhere from 15% to 30% bonus depending on leverage and the size/profitability of the team/division. Hard to pinpoint more than that without knowing more details.
I know someone who works at a very similar type of organization in the same geo region as Abbott. $300K seems high. Director is probably close to but under 200K for base salary and roughly 20% bonus. (Can’t speak for stocks though)
Looks like it’s not possible. I’ll update this post if I get the offer. Thank you!
How did it go? Any luck? Asking because I have an interview coming up with Abbott as a Director
