Does anyone here know of a place to find low cost therapists that work with career related issues? After 6 months of searching, I've finally found a good opportunity that I will be starting soon. I think it would be beneficial to speak with someone to get my mind right ahead of my start date.

I recently joined a small-sized product based company.I have not been able to get along with my manager. He does not give me full information on assigned tasks and expects me to follow his order to the letter like in a military. When I ask him doubts he either scolds me or laughs at me like I am dumb. So i have adhd and really bad anxiety. Seeing a physchiatrist that will likely put me on anti anxiety meds.

Has anyone with adhd here gone on anti anxiety meds without treating the adhd, and if so how did the meds affect concentration and memory?

Any tips on how to improve lining thickness? My RE had me on Estrace for a week before starting Prometrium (vaginally) a few days ago, but my lining is only a little above 5mm. Looks likely that this FET cycle is going to get canceled (was potentially going to be this weekend) since the lining doesn’t seem to be thick enough. This will be the 3rd transfer cycle that’s getting canceled, it just really sucks...what’s worse is I didn’t see my doctor today, just the sono tech, (cont’d)
