Does anyone know how bonus structures set up for execs at agencies? What % of their salaries are bonuses and at what level are they included in comp packages?

I’m a Mid Market Account Executive , just signed, and my annual TC is $250k , base is $110,000 , $10k signing bonus, $80k in options, and $110,000 variable. Is this right for the market?
