Does anyone know how tuition reimbursement works at Two Sigma?

I have $100K liquid cash over and above maxing out 401K, HSA, College fund, investments in Index funds and emergency fund. I plan to leave $25K for contingency. Of the $75K is it wise if I purchase I bonds worth $30K (myself, spouse, kid)? Current combined rate is 9.62 Does anyone foresee the interest rate drastically reducing? I don’t intend to cash them out before 5 years.

In my organization, most with my role are commission based. I make a set salary due to the firm I work for as an account manager/ coordinator for clients… I coordinate their enrollments, working with each groups HR department as to benefits and payroll purposes, and schedule our benefit counselors accordingly. I am finding that in most cases where I compare the voluntary benefits industry, I might be underpaid. What is an appropriate base salary for a position in which commission is replaced?

Are 401k’s really worth investing in these days? What are the % returns you guys have been seeing for the last few years? For those that have been working before 2008, how much of an impact did the housing crash have on 401k and how much did the recent COVID pandemic affect it?

What’s a good baseline amount to keep in a checking account? I generally keep mine pretty low <1000 after paying CCs then dump the rest in savings. As I’m building a rainy day fund and then I will start contributing my brokerage account.

They're offering me a good package with so many career benifits like an onsite, opportunity, certification n good technology exposure. Should I update my LinkedIn to say Salesforce Admin? I’ve been certified since October, so I have the role in my headline, but I’m thinking it’s time to update it in my work experience.
