I'm stretched wayyyyy to thin but I really don't know how to say "no" to requests

I want to find ways to build up team morale without resorting to clichés like a pizza party. What are some of your favorite ways to give back to employees?

Messed up at work and got hard feedback from my boss over email. I spoke to my boss about it and she said we’d discuss the feedback this coming week and to have a good weekend and don’t worry. I’m scared I’m getting fired but they wouldn’t tell me not to worry and to have a good weekend if I was being fried next week? It’s my first job out of college. My anxiety is through the roof :(

Anybody have strategies for combating narcissistic bully principals when the teacher is already mentally broken and completely vulnerable to their tactics?

My boss is always making last minute changes to my schedule. Adding shifts or asking me to cover for other people. Any advice on how to handle this? I want to be a team player but the last minute changes stress me out.

My natural instinct is to assume rejection if I have conflict with a partner or don’t think my feelings are reciprocated. I’ll try to bring it up with them, but I’ll say “if you want to end this feel free” so it doesn’t hurt me (and they can say what they really mean instead of sugarcoating). Someone told me today that they just assume I’m not interested because I always seem to “run” but I’m not sure how to bring up problems/feelings otherwise. How do you approach these hard questions?

My annual perf discussion is monday morning. I work on a tough team for a tough place. I started working for a new law firm, much larger than the firm I was working for previously. The main attorney that I work under had noticed some mistakes I was making (I am a NY paralegal who took this position with the understanding that they’d be teaching me NJ and NYC real estate). Anyways, the attorney decided to tell the HR manager about the mistakes I had been making. Rather than HR discussing with me, the manager told my dramatic coworker to tell me..how should I handle this? Very hurt!

I’m married, and one of my coworkers flirts with me. Nothing super overt, but definitely not professional.
