-One LLC, so only one PPM
-Multiple investors that can be onboarded anytime
-Multiple investments that investors can determine whether or not they want to invest in
-One K-1 per investor based on their investments and income

Closing is scheduled for Friday, and client (buyer) just informed everyone (lender, lender's counsel, seller, seller's counsel, and us) that they decided to have another affiliate take title to the property.
