I've had a hybrid role for the past 4 years where I get unlimited sick days (well 14 really until fmla kicked in), 3 weeks of vacation, 3 personal days. I am also given the week after Xmas off. if my toddlers are sick I can work at home with them. Interviewing w fortune 500 that offers 15 pto days that have to use for sick days too.Strictly in office job 9-5 and dress bus.prof. These bad benefits? Outdated culture?I am a seasoned professional. Not a temp agency, but schools often have career centers that do that. There also are a lot of good assessments like 6 Working Geniuses that can help guide conversations, interests, role types.

I would show up at the professional meetups,, where the seasoned professionals meet and discuss. That will be the best place to network.
I would go online and randomly apply for jobs that both fit your experience but also is a few years your senior.
Why?
The recruiter advertising the role needs to pool resumes for both the role they're advertising (fake or not) and senior roles. So they will keep you in their bucket.
You just gotta keep this up
Secondly, I would go on linkedin and reach out to people in your field. Just a simple "hello" and introduce yourself.
You need to repeat this pattern and eventually someone will find use for you and give you a call
