Does anyone know the salary range for an Account Manager?

Anyone know what full-time remote project manager salaries are, for those who work in healthcare? How do you get into something like that? I’m currently in my mid 20’s and manage ambulatory medical clinics, after previously managing nursing homes, with my bachelors in healthcare Administration but am honestly getting burnt out in my current role.

At what point is it considered optimal to make the jump from Big4 to FAANG? I've been a Tech Consultant at EY for a little under a year and, while I like the company very much, I do very little actual technical work. Experienced hire, Senior, 130k base. I'm very tempted to jump over to Amazon (despite their reputation for frugality). Do I attempt to make the switch now or wait until I get promoted to Manager?

Looking for GSVP salary insights bc I can’t find it in any of the usual places. Particularly interested in healthcare agency examples in NY. Any current or former GSVPs out there who can share their salary, location, and practice area? (For example, I’m an SVP, $250k, NY, healthcare)

When do you get your C2/A2 pay raise? Is it the first January after you join out of MBA, your anniversary date, or the second January after joining? Or some other time entirely?

What kind of bonus % can you expect working on the hedge fund side as a fund accountant? Assuming fund has a positive PnL and is beating their benchmark.

How do you begin a compensation conversation with your partner? Do you discuss it during your annual compensation discussion? If so what is a good way to ask for a raise?

Is it misleading to just look at Total Compensation from a $ dollar value/ Total Compensation seems to be much more subjective than base salary in terms of its value. Some factors might be:

RSUs granted on dollar value or by # of shares & stock price trends
Vesting schedule
strike price on ISOs & delta between strike price and real market value

For instance, most of value in Amazon's comp seems to be granted in years 3 & 4, but it's well known that most people last only 2 years max there.

What’s a decent CD salary with 14 years of experience in NY these days?

I currently make 78k at Lockheed but I’m not doing what I’d like to be doing and i felt stuck and after many conversations with my manager and no solution in sight, I started applying elsewhere. I just recently got an offer from a smaller AI company for 95k that I plan to accept. I’m happy to make the jump, I just don’t know how my manager/coworkers will react when I tell them I’m leaving.

Y'all - I am a 2021 grad in a non market amlaw100. I did not hit my 2021 billable target, but first years get a grace period until 3rd year to start hitting it. I also billed 200+ DEI hours and 200+ pro bono. My mentor helped me write a memo advocating for myself to get a discretionary bonus for the DEI and pro bono work AND today I found out that it worked!! I got a discretionary bonus for the work everyone said doesn't get recognized. Advocate for yourselves! And find old white dude allies! 😅

She got married and just filed for divorce. it’s uncontested (of which she asked my help) She’s always trusted me and is comfortable talking to me. Life always seems to bring us together in some way. She’s going through a tough time emotionally and hasn’t been single in 8 years between dating him and 3 yr marriage. I know she needs time, but damn I want and care for her.

Feeling very depressed as it seems the only way to get into PMM is either straight from UG or an MBA. Having already earned a progressive MS, I really don’t want to spend more money on a graduate degree. It also makes me feel bad that my one masters degree didn’t help me to get to my ultimate goal (though did help me get into consulting). I don’t want to give up on my dream but idk how else to break in just based on what I’m seeing on LI/hear in info interviews. What a way to end my Wednesday ☹️
