Does anyone know what interview questions are asked for private capital (mostly privately placement debt) roles?

So I'm not a top performer. Definitley not the smartest guy at big 4. But some of the questions I get from very experienced seniors are just so basic.

Is an offer after only a first screener a red flag?

Does receiving a ‘Does Not Meet Expectations’ on year-end review with no other next steps - In this environment - basically mean I’m on the chopping block? Should I start job hunting?

I have given interview for salesforce dev position in IQVIA and all the three rounds were completed on 10Feb after that I didn't got any communication from recruiter , how many days it usually takes and I am in notice period and it is going to next month..

Hi folks, i am looking for a job change i have 2.6 yoe in data engineering with tech stack - hive, hadoop, pyspark, sql, python , aws. These days i am not getting much calls. I worked for x company for 2 yrs and switched to y company in feb 2022. But recently i faced a situation. I cleared all rounds and send my docs to sunlife financial but now when i am trying to connect with them they are saying your candidature is on hold. I alao resigned from my current company. Are there coaching services available for technology case interviews? It seems like the coaches available through Management Consulted, Prep Lounge, My Consulting Coach, etc. have coaching services available for traditional case interviews but not sure if there is another platform specific for tech cases.

Has anyone had any experience with Water Street Partners for lateral recruiting? Reached out to me cold with a few ideas and I’ve had two follow up emails and a call with an MD at reputable banks, but it all seems very sketchy. For instance an “HR Specialist” reached out to me to set up a call, but when I look her up on LinkedIn she’s a IB VP. The MD I spoke to named a few other people he was going to have reach out, but haven’t heard from either of them. Just doesn’t feel like a normal process

Starting the interview process at a competitor and the people I will be interviewing with know my current team members just from being in the industry and I think some even used to work together.
