I have an offer from Cognizant for 29lpa with a JB of 1.75l on top . I am about to get the offers from timesinternet and LTI.


Can someone suggest which will be a better opportunity for me.

Also how much should I ask for to Timesinternet.

Had communicated with LTI for 33lpa fixed.

I have been interviewed on 23rd April and was asked to upload documents on the same day. From that day my application status is Review in Progress. Does anyone have any idea till when I can expect call from HR.

I had two recruiters today reschedule a meeting. And this is the second time rescheduling. Honesty, not sure what value recruiters bring. Is this common now? Is it hard to have respect for people’s time and their schedule? Reschedule once I can understand. But twice is just stupidity. I hope AI wipes out all bad recruiters who don’t give af. Sorry for the vent. Maybe it’s just my bad luck then.

A friend of mine works with TCS as an Analyst, his base location is Bengaluru but he is been working from his hometown in Lucknow since the first COVID lockdown. Now he is being asked by his team to work from Ahmedabad, where his direct supervisor (manager) is working from. One of the reasons I want to transition from industry to consulting (tier 1) is that I get frustrated when I have to collaborate with mediocre people. My assumption is that Tier 1 consulting firms hire really sharp people and if I can get in, I’ll be collaborating with folks on top of their game (not expecting much from clients). I’m aware there are personal aspects I need to work on like my mindset, patience etc etc, but I just get so frustrated with blatant stupidity.
