It depends on what point of the salary range you are. My salary increase when I went from senior consultant to manage in 2013 was disappointing, although the bonus was good. I was told that I was already on the top of the range for senior consultants, womp womp.
Deloitte overpays (all-in if you include signing bonus and tuition reimbursement for interns) at the SC level and underpays at manager. Best bet is to leave at two year mark if you want to continue in consulting and go to a rival firm.

Timing is everything. The raise fluctuated in got about 20%. May not be able to convince the new job that though if it is not consistent with raises from previous years.
Pay raise depends on your YE rating as well. I was at 14500 base as an 2nd YR SC and went to 15900 as a M. I got a 2 in my YE. You should aim at least 160k base in the industry. Their bonuses and perks are lame as compared to consulting. So that is where you lose the most. But what the hell you will have solid 40 hour weeks :) good luck!
