$5M? Not $250k base since that would be 5% of revenue. Depending on their growth objectives and potential, you could leverage profit sharing and performance bonus for much higher total comp certainly

Based on small portfolio companies of private equity funds, I would assume 250-300 is pretty accurate with a bonus of up to 100%. Once you hit $100m in revenue, you start hitting 400 base + 4-600 bonus. Bonus = stock and cash equivalents.
S2, this is the feedback I was looking for. Thanks. Any idea how the bonus would be structured? Like is the bonus entirely based on achieving a certain top line / bottom line?
I haven’t done a lot of work structuring the agreements / compensation plans, so I wouldn’t know for sure. But would strongly assume it’s tied entirely to bottom line and top line targets.
