My joining date mentioned in IBM Offer letter which I received just a while ago is second week of November, 2021. However, I have 90 days notice period. It also says to accept within 3 days and a clause is written that joining date can be revised only till 5 days. Will ibm revise my joining date ? I’m accustomed to keeping my students’ IEP folders in my classroom & being held responsible for their safekeeping. Now in a new district, I found that the Case Manager keeps all district IEPs in her office. We have to submit our updates & progress notes to her. And we have to make a planning period appointment with her to come look at any IEP folders. How does your district deal with IEP folder custody?

I’m a boomerang with 4 years ERP consulting but this past year I’ve been doing DEI Consulting. Spoke with former colleagues who rejoined Deloitte and got a much higher offer for SC.
