I was happy with my work until April when my supervisor asked me to take over the supervisory responsibilities. Out of empathy, I decided to help my supervisor and took responsibility and now I regret for that. I begged to my managers for delegating the tasks but their tone changed. Now, I want to resign by showing a better offer but I want to be retained if they initiate on-site, match salary and take back the recently assigned responsibilities. What are the chances for fulfilling my demands?

Joined Industry 3 months back: I do not see a clear/transparent promotion path, neither do I see the director/senior director really working with myself to define a clear career plan with me. Work has been really easy and comp is ok, but not stimulating enough. Should I chill and stay for at least 1 year so that I get the $$$ bonus and keep the sign on?
