Does everyone experience flakiness from recruiters? They’ll reach out about a job I didn’t apply for, get me interested, have phone calls, say they’ll schedule a CD interview and then ghost me forever

I recently graduated with a masters degree in Data Analytics from University of Texas at San Antonio with a CGPA of 4.0. I am also awarded distinguished graduate student award for great academic standing and leadership skills. I have worked in india for 3 years for Uber and Amazon as Risk Analyst and quality specialist respectively. I am currently in my F1 OPT and have 30 days left before I submit my offer letter to USCIS. What are your thoughts about putting an explanation for the current gap (as in, I haven’t been working for several months) on your resume, LinkedIn profile or cover letter? If you think it should be included in one of these places, how would you do it?

Wondering if anyone can share the approximate timeline after applying to Target Corp. to hearing something from them. Did an interview yesterday that was supposed to be behavioral, but turned out to be more like the case interviews I did in undergrad. I think I showed off my business knowledge, but he kept harping on my lack of an official framework (vs me saying "I'd explore it from different stakeholder perspectives: customer, line employee, management"); pretty sure he considered it a failure. Hey fishes, completed 3 tech rounds at Bosch.
Last tech + managerial round was on 10th Nov. Got HR call on 17th Nov. Told my expected package and she didn't seem to have any issue. On 22nd Nov, got a call from the consultant at taggd who has been arranging all my interviews. Told my expected CTC and she seemed a bit surprised but didn't negotiate and asked if I have any other offers? I asked when can I expected the OL, she said within a week but didn't take any documents. Can I expect the OL?

Can a newspaper use my photo without my consent?

I'm not a reporter, I'm just a citizen who took a picture during an event and uploaded it to my social media account. Turns out a digital media wrote me to have permission to use my picture, and when I said yes, they said they were looking for some other picture because I had already given permission to the competitors, which I didn't.
They just posted it without asking me, letting me know, or even mentioning my credits. Is this legal?

Is it true if you jump from one agency to another that are both owned by the same holding company that the new agency already know your salary and you have less negotiating power?
