What do you look for in a mentor?
Guys there’s this boot camp that I came across that trains people to get jobs in Top consulting firms and has a fee plan wherein you pay once you get placed. I just wanted to know if someone here has any experience with this ?

Managers get 22 PTO + 3 personal
😳
Nope. 20 PTO for Managers. + 3 personal days + 10 health/care days for everyone
22 + 3
Nice answer E1, ha
Good to know 👍
Seriously? That's less than KPMG AND Deloitte.
Does EY actually investigate your sick days? What differentiates PTO from personal even?
How much does Deloitte get?
P1 staff get 25 days while manager and above get an extra 5, I believe
Personal day's don't carry over to the next year. PTO does carry over for a few extra months. That's it
D1 how many holidays ? We are 22 days for 2+ years, 13 holidays, "unlimited" sick.
That's a bit odd. So it's a no brainer to burn through personal and sick days first then?
I think we have about 14 this year. Can't give you an exact number since I don't have the calendar in front of me unfortunately
30 days. Nuts. Who takes it all ? Ha
25 PTO days per year, all levels. (You can also roll over 12.5 days a year)
We have 80 hrs of so called sick time now, 3 personal days and 22 vacation (manager / sen mgr) believe the lower ranks are at 15 vacation days
Honestly the only thing I have no complaints about is EY vacation policy.
