An mba will provide you with neither expertise or “real skills”
I imagine BCG will help you build those out though
You just joined a consulting firm...there is an ocean of stuff to learn and get better at. MBA (and getting in debt while at it) is not an answer for everything especially when it seems that you have no idea what you want
They always hire, just get the MBA.
My suggestion is to use bcg and find a really cool startup. One that you are passionate about and can envision how you would help it grow.
MBA will not teach you anything new that business undergrad and/or a couple of years at BCG won’t.
Use those years to explore different industries or topics and see what you’re interested in. If you feel it doesn’t provide sufficient hands on operational experience you can always do a secondment (~externship) after min 1year.
