Came out of undergrad studying business. Joined a consulting company. Realistically, I have no real skills or expertise in any field. What should I do in my first 2 years in consulting? Get an MBA?

MBB AP about to exit to non-FAANG tech. Would you expect a signing bonus and/or pre-determined severance pay if things don't work out with the new company? Subject matter expert with my CPA. I’m completely fed up with the compliance aspect of public accounting Tax but don’t mind the technical side. Does it make sense to become an attorney to get out of compliance work and still do something related to specialty tax?
Or do I just go the college professor route? Wouldn’t mind working @ BNA or something like that either but I’m seriously fed up with everything about tax compliance and can’t keep doing this

They are all technical. All of them could easily be very technical cloud consultants or cloud engineers.
Tl/Dr. If you couldn't get hired as a cloud engineer or cloud consultant - you probably can't become a PM
