B-Tech colleges put ads with Package and Campusing only. Almost 99% Indian YouTube thumbnail is like "5 lakh to 40 lakh", "Interview Experience in bracket 50Lpa" etc.. Hardly we can see Foreign Editorial things marked with Packages.

Tough time getting past final step: I’ve been trying to make a career shift for 10 months now and continue to get rejected at the last step. Im confident in the value I can provide and do well at presenting it. I returned back from Germany this year and now my current fixed CTC in India is 25 LPA and my in hand salary after deduction was 1.4 LPM, I was not sure what to opt in the Tax regime and selected new tax regime. Role offered - Either of Lead Solution Advisor / Senior Solution Advisor
Total experience is 6 years.
Please throw some light on what role is typically offered with 6 years of experience and what salary bracket is for both the designations.
