need some advice.
my current ctc is 16 with 5.6 years of experience. I was a contract hire and parent company wants to hire me.
company is service based company.
my current title is senior analyst but they want to make me manager.
they are skipping tech lead and team lead positions.
they are ready to change 5 days working from earlier 6 days working.
they are asking me my expectations.
we are on client location and there is no one above us. Also team is not technically sound.FSS

The bonuses are not great. I’m a senior with good performance reviews, and I received 5%.
Another thing to think about is independence restrictions on your investments. I can’t invest in FAANG because we audit all of them. Bringing this up bc I missed submitting my quarterly independence confirmation by an hour and had my bonus docked 25% last year
At CO1 you nailed it. When you go through independence you will be given X days to divest and self attest that you or your immediate family are no longer share holders

SC signons are usually 10-15k (double it if coming from a target Mba)
Oh I meant yearly bonuses but good to know about signing bonuses !! They gave me a generous starting salary so I’m not too worried about it
