Can I get some likes please

Hi all, does anyone know of any recruiters or hiring managers that work in Affirm Inc. I've been applying for a couple of jobs with them . The role I have applied for I know lam a extraordinary fit for
100% and can help the company/ department succeed. I have a good deal of experience with this role and would love to talk to a recruiter or a hiring manager more about this. If anyone
could reach out to me if you have any information on that I would greatly appreciate it.

I completely ignore my work phone after my work hours since I'm not getting paid for that. I don't mind making calls or answering emails after as long as my employer and I have an agreement that I will be getting OT pay. Don't think that you're slacking at all. Please always remember you have a life outside of work. You're human after all!
My schedule is also very flexible, and that is a good and bad thing for me. If it is something quick I am guilty of responding, but have tried to pull back some even if I do have the time. Turning notifications off when I’m done helped a lot. It goes from nice once in a while to expected quickly.
It’s so easy to feel like you have to be on call all the time, but I’ve realized it’s okay to step back. I don’t immediately respond after hours unless it's urgent, and I try to remind myself that my personal life is just as important as my work. Setting those boundaries early on helps prevent burnout and keeps you from feeling like you're always "on."
I logically know that I’m not expected after hours and my company doesn’t pressure me at all. Having said that though, I live alone and have a super flexible schedule. If I feel like returning a message or answering a question, I will do so. Sometimes I will check my email at 9 pm and respond or work on something that won’t take much time. If I have had a couple of beers or I don’t feel like it, I don’t.
Well if you plan on moving up to a executive assistant one day in your career, I will say go above and beyond and do what needs to be done when it needs to be done.
But going above and beyond often doesn't get you moved up or higher pay just more responsibilities.
