I’ve been working at a rather prestigious midsized firm in a big city for almost a year and a half now. I have been having a lot of trouble picking up work from senior partners. We are required to bill at least 150 hours per month to meet our requirement. My months are typically only 110-130 hours. Sweaty post-workout question. If I finish a bike or run in the heat I am usually just pouring sweat for the next 15 or so mins. So I've gotten into the habit of just putting a towel or yoga mat down on the floor and laying/stretching until I am not going to throw sweat everywhere or step in to the shower and step out still sweating. Is there a better version of this maybe for recovery or even just not wasting time waiting?
