Hello,
Can ex-TCSer join back TCS??
HCL Technologies offer being delayed and recruiter keeps saying that there's a problem with their "Offer release portal system." I have already stated my issues with relocating until after I have the offer signed and ready. The project is supposed to start on the 19th and I'm supposed to join before, or on that date. It's already coming up soon and I don't have the official offer so that I can confidently start the relocation process. Has anyone else recently dealt with this?

seems low to me
125K is peanuts

Depends on your area/skill set. Generally seems low though
10YOE Cognizant Manager? Don't go for anything less than $180k. Once you join your hike will be peanuts
Really low
Low! You should ask for 160 plus bonus which would be a fair ask
With 10 years of experience? Really really low.

Seems low for your YOE
I’m making that with 5 years experience.
I’m making that with 2.5 years of experience

I make 140 as a senior consultant. That is ridiculously low.

Seems kinda low
I’d strongly recommend don’t join , you really wanna join cognizant ?
What are you making now? For a consulting manager that’s pretty low, but really all depends on what you can command in the market
Cognizant pays approx. 40-50% lower than market value. A manager at Cognizant doesn’t equate to a Manager at Big 4!
Cognizant is not totally cognizant about the market situation and I wouldn’t blame the people leaving after obtaining green card cause I have heard there is lot of politics for initiating green card so basically they just use those resources for 6 years and then send them to back to their home country!
Cognizant is one of the sketchiest companies on the planet and truly deserves to go bankrupt. Cognizant does bonded labor well and they have abused Indian workers with fear of reprisals and retaliation in India if they don’t toe the line in the US. Challenge with this tactic is people after they live in USA for a while, wisen up Cognizant’s house of cards and leave.
