Hi Everyone I have joined FIS one month back only, I am just Okay with my current project. I see here everybody is leaving FIS and telling it's not good. I have changed Infosys within 7 months. Now, I don't want to switch this early. Can somebody tell me about the good points, pros in FIS. I really want to change my mindset so that I feel happy here and can give back something to organization.FIS Global

We always bring it down to two final candidates as well. We have had people take other offers so it is good to have two candidates. Then you have a back up if the top candidate doesn't take the offer.
Yeah, we always have to bring it down to 2 final candidates so that we can make the best decision for the team based on budget and current needs. Seems pretty standard to me.
You know what? Yes they do. I hate it. Because I know which candidate I want, but I have to show them two others.
Such a common blocker. I always ask hiring teams what would make someone immediately hirable in kickoffs. Then remind them when we find that person.
Also asking what about someone would make them a better hire and if it’s easily teachable.
Often times we now hire when we know we found someone good - no such thing as perfect
Yes in larger regulated company's the red tape is sometimes a total waste of time for the manager, but more importantly to the external candidates if they decide to hire internally they still post externally for 7 days. It gives a false hope of a job being available but truly may already have a pool of internal candidates. Keep your head up and keep networking! Most postions now require knowing someone!
