EC Background check - I worked with charities that don’t have a website etc. How tf are they going to verify this stuff?

This has been my hardest year yet. Morale is rock bottom throughout. I am feeling the burn out coming fast. Any suggestions for getting a new attitude or outlook to want to come back next year?
