Currently looking to jump from Health Care to Pharma/Biotech. Does anyone work at Gilead and can serve as a reference? The current department I’m in, I do not fit the culture as it is a very archaic way of “managing” people. I have about a decade of a variety of work experience, majority in customer service/coordination/administration.

I have second round of interview tmrw and have few queries as below-
1) I have current offer of 12 CTC from other company so now how much can I ask in pwc? My current experience is 5yrs.
I am on notice period and in present company I got recent hike and my salary is now 9.5ctc.
2) generally how many rounds of interview will be there?

I am an associate at an AM200 firm and was (IMO) very clear prior to accepting this role that I value work-life balance and wanted to try to keep work at night on the weekends to a minimal, but since February, it seems like it’s always something that requires my time as needed disregarding “business hours” or my personal schedule. Thoughts on whether to bring this up or continue to be a team player until I burn out and pay off my student loans?

Hi guys, I am on bench for last 5 months joined as a fresher.If i switch now and give my experience letter to new employer and in interview i tell them about the project which I did on my own and don't inform them about my bench time. Will this impact my future ? Accenture Capgemini

Are ppl worried about being on the bench esp when there aren’t a lot of projects in the pipeline? New hire here about to be up for staffing for the first time and sentiment at my firm seems to be worried/fearful about being unstaffed. Is it actually worrisome to be on the bench in this environment or is this just a product of highly ambitious over achievers worrying about not being constantly utilized?

I’ve worked in sales for 12 years (8 years retail sales and management, 4 years inside tech sales and management). I’m feeling the burn and looking for something else in the tech field. I’m making $140k. I have a college degree but no marketing, engineering, or product experience. What other departments/jobs could I jump to and still keep close to my OTE? I am a new associate (1 month in mid-tier firm) and I struggle to get work to fill up the whole day. In honest time, i get about 3-5 billable hours a day. Interview tomorrow for a tax associate opening at RSM. Been working in a mid-size city (different firm) that is about 70 minutes from this new home office in a larger metro. How flexible is WFH or dual model going forward post Covid? Am interested in this position and going to tax, but not be able to relocate for family reasons. Don’t want to drive 700 miles per week M-F. What will dual model be like going forward? 1-2 times week, 4-5 month? Seems like tax was more flexible than audit pre-Covid
