Hi Fishes, I had an offer from TCS 10 lpa for the role of Test Automation Engineer and I have asked for 15 lpa fixed from amdocs . However they have a proposed fixed CTC of 12.5 lpa .How do i negotiate it.Can I ask for 13.5 lpa?Amdocs Ps-I have an experience of 3.8 years

LEK - expected to travel for consulting - yes, but you also get compensated for your travel and meals in whatever city you’re in, some do straight per diem. I don’t think this is a valid reason. The pandemic has opened up remote roles for any location even SF/NYC. I think it was saleforce or linked in that came and are campaigning same work, same pay.
With the way things are going there I would ask for less RSUs and more base
I think she said it’s capped. She first said $165 which definitely didn’t work so she gave me the higher band.

Yes that’s target. I’m always weary of those - targets are always moving at Deloitte so hoping for insider info on how often they meet their targets. Non technical.
I’d say you can do better unless you want better wlb and an exit. The comp is basically what a Strategy M would make. And we have Strategy Ms (post MBA) with 2 YOE.
Yes I’m burnt out and don’t want to make SM next year and feel a lot more burnt out. Exiting for WLB but comp of course helps.
The RSUs are super low to me? Unless that’s their new approach. That + the low base make this not a great offer to me unless you love the role / team
Haven’t found a lot of FB offers to compare to through a search. I did see L5 PgM comp base over $200 on here at google.
