Hi fishes, I am Java micro-services developer with 5 years of experience. Currently working with IBM since last 1 year. I am holding an offer from Infosys. Assuming IBM will match my offer. What is a better choice for long term considering job security, work life balance etc IBM or Infosys? Pros and cons please. TIA

Haven't unchained it since I got it
I got a mix of cases (semi-formal) and the classic tell-me-about-time, why-come, etc. Principal-level in consumer/retail in Boston.
Imo Biggest one is first class on flights above 90 min for any level. That’s the only one that is really unique to Bcg. Like the rest of mbb you also get incredibly good medical coverage with extremely low copays even for elective procedures like ivf, lots of opportunities for private mini Ted talks from renowned experts in your local office, and actually good slide making teams that you can farm your decks out too.
As D1 mentioned, exceptional medical benefits, great teams. Company wide efforts to make the job as predictable as possible (doesn’t always work, but people definitely make the effort). Company pension contribution moves up to 10% of salary by the Principal level, I believe.
And more importantly, the people are genuine. Managers and staffing have been extremely accommodating where they can be (speaking from experience with colleagues with health issues, family emergencies etc.) Not unheard of to take multiple months of personal / medical leave as needed.
