Evernorth Health Services Signed the offer letter with a December joining date, and BGV is done. It's Nov 17, but still no onboarding communication. Reached out, and they said they'll share onboarding details a few days before joining, once they finalize the new joiners list. Is this standard practice?

Coming from ACN, senior analyst, 3yrs total experience so far & wanting to get into the data analytics/BI work. Currently have had experience working with SQL developer, OBIEE/OBIA, Teradata in ERP and Healthcare projects. I also have my AWS Cloud Practitioner Cert, hoping to eventually get the Data Analytics Cert later. What are my chances of finding a role with another company that'll let me work in BI/data analytics and build up my skill at the same time? Been thinking of leaving ACN.

Any firms have a focus on Aerospace and Defense industries? Headhunters always reach out about tech and healthcare firms (as well as more generalist ones), which are great but I’m just not that interested. Only find a few with significant A&D exposure.

Aside from short term emergency declarations where visas are handed out, has anyone found any countries that provide a visa due to a skill shortage, or carriers that offer sponsorship for senior insurance professionals? Curious mostly about Europe and Oceania.

I’ve got a toddler and my wife is an accountant (industry), and we only have a few immediate family in the country- but they have health concerns. One of my junior associates recently resigned and I've been trying to make an exit myself for several months now. The job market has been really competitive but I am getting closer to getting a new job and moving on. The firm culture isn't great and work-life balance is non existent. My physical and mental health have been suffering, so I really don't think I could stay. How did you avoid the guilt trips from Partners/Senior staff trying to get you to stay?

My mom won't wear her Fitbit to bed. She has a pacemaker and has had a fib. We got it for Christmas so we could find out while she's in an episode and not a month later. She read or saw somewhere that it interferes with pacers. I looked it up and it's not a legit concern, but wanted more opinions before I advise.

I bought CER006 on Nov 21 with my current company email id and completed one certification. I am leaving my current organization and I still have 9+ months time left for CER006. My company says the s user id provided by them will get de-activated once I leave (in a week). I have not claimed the amount also. Is there any way I can transfer the certification to my personal email I'd so that I can write other exams in time left?
