Hi guys ,
I am in a US project in Accenture. We have long calls in the night timings. My other teammate has backed out saying she won't attend any calls as she got some medical condition so she won't attend long calls which extend till 9:30.Other teammate is a junior. The managers are expecting me to join all the calls. No help I am getting. And they all being Tamil, I think some partiality is going on between them.Even our onsite lead is of no use.She expects me to attend long calls.
What should I do .pls suggest?

After submitting my resume for the Global Finance and Business Management full time position at JP Morgan (my dream job!), I got a HireVue invite the next day! However, I completed it 9 days ago and still have no response....
When do we get a response in average, and after how much time does it mean I probably am not getting an offer to continue?
Thanks!

I used a story about underestimating a project’s complexity and needing to ask for help. Framed it around growth, communication, and learning to delegate. The hiring manager actually thanked me for not trying to sound perfect.
Don’t look at it as times of failure, just times where you learned a lesson and navigated successfully out of it. Once you start looking at it like that, I promise it isn’t so hard to answer, and it kind of makes sense to be asked from the perspective of the interviewer.
You’re not using the right examples!
The instant I finish a forecast or budget, I know it’s wrong. Coming to that realization will be your first step!
You need to have examples of how you failed, why you failed, and the steps you took to ensure lower opportunities of failure moving forward
Fumbled a baddie that was out of my league when I was 20. Only realized 5y later she was probably flirting with me.
Taught me to take every CIM seriously
Yep, it's almost as if they want something on you in order to turn you down
