I know every holding company has different titles but trying to understand SVP, EVP GAD or executive director of media (or equivalent ) salaries at an agency in Chicago.

I work for a non profit hospital - I’ve been offered a reclassification position from Finance Analyst I to Senior Analyst- what should I expect in regards to salary increase / is there any negotiating if the % is low?

Though we have spent the full year working in US, equivalent to US resources, at exactly same Billing rate. Can we do anything about this.

I just left my pre-seed startup that was running out of cash (we made $100,000 in revenue this year, and sunk $1m in costs). I was making $40,000 as a developer (plus 20k stock options at $1/share per year) and they refused to pay me any more money. I have 17,000 vested stock options, total number of shares at the time of my contract was 4million. I’m a bit confused about share dilution and if it’s worth it for me to buy some of my stock options… thanks in adv!

Hey fishes. I have been offered Management Consultant role with CTC break up in terms of JB, RB, fixed and variable. So is the fixed amount my gross salary without any other deduction except TDS, or will the organisation contribution to PF be also deducted from the fixed component? Also, will claimable components like LTA, mobile bill reimbursement etc. be in addition to this fixed component or will they be included in it?

I am so tired of being treated like an assistant and I’m at a loss on how to correct it. My coworkers are generally nice, but while I watch white (usually male) associates at my level or even more junior get substantive work, I’m still receiving administrative tasks as a mid-level. Found a opportunity in industry and want to take it however, I haven’t crossed the 1 year mark at my current firm. If I were to want to return to Consulting sometime down the line, would that be a problem? Post-mba consultant, if it makes any difference.
