Hello All, I have one question. I was a fresher and joined one organization as external employee with third party payroll. I worked as external payroll for 1 year then I became permanent employee of organization was working. When i was a fresher my salary was below tax slab so my external exployer did not generate any form 16 for me. When tried to switch my new organization wants me to submit form 16 as BGC process. Hello All, I have offer in hand of 27.5 LPA+15% variable from ZS Associates as a BT Solutions delivery consultant and now my current company is ready to retain me by matching the offer & assuring that they will send me onsite to UK in couple of months. Let me share my interview experience with Amazon India
1. Cleared 1 screening and 2 technical rounds. I got confirmation that result is positive but position is closed. We are referring u 4 another role. 2. Again 1 screening and 2 technical rounds which got cleared. On the day of final leadership interview got a call from recruiter that this position is closed. Refering u 4 another role. 3. Direct technical round. Got rejected. No more referal 😀

They are giving good hike because no one is joing because of company situation.
Below are few things you should know before deciding anything
In first six months of 2024 Atos had loss of $1.84 billion
Due to this many clients are not renewing contracts as they fear atos will go bankrupt.
Due to this many people are on bench. They reduced bench period from 90 days to 45 days & people who already on bench are asked to resign.
No or very low hikes are given from last 2 years

No, it’s on a downward spiral to bankruptcy. Even without that, whatever hike you get at the time of joining will be all you get for several years if you choose to stay. And remember, good work will be rewarded with more work and dry promotions, not hikes.
How much you're getting and what is your experience?
You should definitely go for this. They won't fire you at 6.5 lpa. But it will change your financial trajectory and your next hike will be faster
Even existing employees not getting paid, how are they offering you hike? Best of luck with when you get your first salary after you join, hope it reaches you before company goes backrupt
