Exit opportunities at venture builders?

I'm currently working in tech strategy and would like to jump to a venture builder like BCG Digital Ventures or Leap by McKinsey.

Do you know any other firms like that?

I like the work in consulting, but I'm hating corporate, larg orgs and bureaucracy bs.

I love startups and creating things from scratch but would like to work somewhere where I can learn & play with some big firm's money before using my own.

Any firms? Don't wanna do 10+hrs/day either

How long did it take you to receive your first promotion? I have 3 years of work experience, currently at my 3rd agency, and third associate position. Four people on my brand team have been promoted (across levels and departments, but none in PM). Just sharing! Landed in offer at AWS over five weeks ago and still waiting on a visa transfer update from US CIS. So many work updates from other folks in these five weeks moving in and out while I am unable to share an update with my folks or celebrate in anticipation of the final approval of the petition. Post-Covid, I just cannot seem to find the inspiration to network at a conference such as the AWS DC summit. I initially wanted to get facetime with vendors to check out potential job openings.

But it just feels like a large circle jerk where no productive work gets done. And besides all keynote addresses are recorded and available online anyway.
