I'm pretty sure fresh out of college analyst are getting north of $80k now a days.
Actually true. Our new analysts are set between $77k and $82k depending on home office.
I got 73 with a masters wtf
Pwc low balls like whoa! U have to leverage an offer with them. Come to Accenture! I wish I knew what kind of ranges we had when I was interviewing
77 is WAY toooo lowwwwwww ! Like not even in the ballpark if the 3 years in consulting were at a reputable firm. So your friend is 9 years out- and should 1000% be commanding in the six figures. I just came from a non-big4 and am right at 100. Only 4 YOE total.
They give you a increase based on your last salary. Your friends wasn't getting paid well so in essence he'll never be paid well. #hamsterwheel
75k with 1 year experience from college
65k with a master's was starting at KPMG in MC
Haha this much?? 65k for an experienced hire is a slap in the face
Our core promotions range from 15-25 depending
All of these posts are valid but there is a discrepancy between service areas and how much they pay. A BTA makes more than a HCA, for example.
75
Accenture 1 - false
WOW these are some large swings, even within firms. KPMG?
Holy s, we pay experienced associate this much nowadays??? I guess I'm really getting old.
Haha I'm not throwing out figures that aren't in glassdoor. Deloitte and Accenture all have higher starting salaries but I hear the 20-25% raise between levels don't exist there.. I could be wrong
65k was a starting salary with no previous work experience. Haha I agree with ACN2 slap in the face for an experienced hire
Yeah Deloitte I think has them, but def not at ACN. Maybe if u get promoted and u get some sort of market adjustment it can go up to 20-25%, but this year raises were 8-10% and 15% if u got promoted.
OP- how many total years of experience are we talking?
I believe 3 in consulting and 6 in industry. Consulting being most recent.
