Hi,
If I get referred at IBM, get a mail for details from the HR but do not reply as I currently don't want to switch because of some reasons, can I get referred again after say 3 months?
Asking cuz the profile blocks for an year after applying/getting referred at Accenture.
Please help with the answer.

I don't answer my phone under 150k at 7 years
@D1, lol I'm a first year exp hire C with 1 year exp and I got offered 105k.
@TA1 I've gotten top ratings so I'm giving a lower range for SC.
k1, ACN.
Good for fed
That's fair, could have hoped a bit more though
Lols it fed, that's probably about right
Commercial SC is like 95k-155k
Seems a bit low for 7 years of experience.
Lol at DD1 making assumption based on absolutely no knowledge.
OP- I'm a campus hire 1st year consultant (2yrs) and I make close to 90. SC with 7 years should be closer to 120. Deloitte always lowballs experienced hires
^ damn Kpmg pays more I guess lol
Low for sure. I'd ask for 125k min
Wait D1 so the difference in 5 years experience with your math is only 30k?! Can't be right
@d2 where you coming from
You did one year at acn after undergrad and got 105 from Deloitte? What a jump
Seems very low
@K1, yup I couldn't believe it myself. Very happy at D right now. Went from 77k to 105k.
Damn, 5 years here as a campus hire and I'm still under 6 figs. People who stick with the same company too long really make less; I should hop out and back in for a market rate adjustment.
Thanks for the reply folks. Getting both "just right" and "too low" replies. Are the too low responses aware that this is federal practice and my exp is in engineering, not consulting? If so, I may try up push for more but not sure how they'll take it.
Glassdoor is saying 77k-114k base btw...
