Hi Sharks, I am asked to sign the offer letter. It's kind of an agreement between me and the company for accepting the offer and compensation numbers. Of course It doesn't have statments like I have to join the company on signing this. My question is that 1. If I get a better offer can I go and ask them to revise the offer? 2. Can I decide not to join the company? Will there be any legal consequences? Have you ever been asked to sign the offer? Boeing Tata Consultancy Wipro Capgemini Cognizant
I have received offer from Qualcomm. They haven't mentioned about relocation bonus or accommodation in the offer letter. I have tried reaching the hr since the next day of hr round but they haven't responded to my calls or mails. Any advice on how to get accommodation and relocation bonus. Or is it not possible anymore? FYI I'm in city x and the offered position is in city y of another state.
Update :
After several follow ups Hr have agreed they will give the relocation bonus and reimbursement

I don't unfortunately. If it's similar to PwC Managing Director salary we're talking in the $300k range.
I know you're from D because you're the only guys who differentiate between "Advisory" and "Consulting" whereas the rest of the Big 4 do not. Strong powers of deduction
Let me guess, you're from D?
I think depending on your experience level total comp will generally be in the 250k - 400k range for ED at EY!
I would expect salary to start at 250 base. Heard it can go up to 500. But obviously that’s on the rarer side and certainly u have to have the experience to warrant it.
$350k within 1 std deviation
Pwc1 - I ll give you the credit for guessing it right :) BTW, do you know the comp info?
I agree on that point pwc1. Consulting is different beast within D :). Any bonus info from pwc for MD? I belive it's equivalent of ED in EY and MD at D.
Thanks D1 and M1! Very helpful to know the numbers.
Thank you guys! Trying to understand if there is any set percentage on bonus specifically. Any info there?
What does 1 std deviation mean? Sorry OP! Wish I knew about bonuses too
