EY 🐠 - Can anyone share the comp ranges for FAAS Senior and SaT Senior at 4YOE w/CPA/MBA?

I have offer from capgemini and i have better offer from other org. I want to negotiate with capgemini and 18 April is my LWD in my current org. When I should negotiate with capgemini.

What should I do in a scenario where I was hired (12+ years) with far less salary than(~20% less) than other members (4+ experience) in team and asked to take 80% of team's responsibilities. The hiring manager low balled me sensing that I am in dire need of that job and now I am stuck for 2 years now. The company is a big shot but I am literally getting paid less than what I used to make 10 years ago. Should I try to move within or look outside?

would like to know can we renegotiate the salary with Oracle solution services India Pvt Ltd? I already accepted the offer from Oracle but now getting another offer.

I got an offer at Nokia, and my new manager said that she wanted to put me in the higher salary bracket however the HR insisted that we lowered the range. That caused me to receive a much lower salary than expected. Should I renegotiate even when my manager said that she tried giving me more. Does HR really play that big of a role in this?
