I have joined Accenture 2019 July as SSE. Currently in 2022 , YOE:7 Last 3 years not yet promoted to TL ( Level 9) . Year 2019 Dec: Very Minimal Hike as I was a new joiners Year 2020 : around 15% hike on Fixed Sal Year 2021 : around 13% hike on Fixed sal Year 2022 : June - Mid Year hike 5% Requested for TL Promotion. is there any chance of getting TL in December End 2022. How much % hike is generally given from SSE to TL Accenture

Hey, I run a group of people and I have no clue who's being promoted. The whole performance management process at EY is a joke. It's a closed shop of people who make the decisions. Completely opaque.

Yes. My counselor held back the good news until the official announcement date to counselees last year, never playing poker with that guy. Some people know informally in mid-May but not supposed to.

@EY7 promotions aren't decided that day. They are reviewed by HR late June along with ratings that were assigned during the round table.
Ratings and promotions are out. Counselors in the FSO can start having discussions starting tomorrow.
