EY fish, when do you get your sign on bonus after you join?

Hi all- Can you please advise how much sense it makes to move to PwC Belgium frm India, financially/ otherwise? Any room to negotiate? I have an offer from PwC Belgium for an advisory manager role. Base offered - €60k ( pre-tax, this is divided by 14, as European companies pay 14 months of salary instead of 12) Other perks- Company car, €400 per month of non taxable allowance, 1-2 months salary as bonus depending upon your performance Current CTC - 28L Yoe- 7+ years

For billed hours, what months are used to calculate your end of year bonus? Is it January-December?

Hi All, I recently got an offer from google. For the compensation, the recruiter had not come up with an offer and had repeatedly asked me for an estimate during compensation call. They matched the number that I gave her ($260k) based on my market research. Base is at $151k, 15%bonus , $261k/4 years. This is L4 PgM. Any negotiation ideas to bump up the base? Should I ask her or will it sound too greedy?

VC associate offer evaluation: 210k base 30% bonus 20k signing bonus 1.5 million carry dollars at work (400m final close with 250k for every 50m increase up to 500m fund max) with 7 year vesting period (ouch) Completely remote with encouragement for juniors to travel and build relationships around the country. I'm 5.8 yrs experienced currently working as associate with 6.2 LPA (Incl Var). I offered by TCS ITA role with 9.7 LPA (Incl Var & ret. bonus). Is it worth the switch? I didn't switched till now in my career. I asked 11 but they told 9 & finally it's 9.7. Salary structure is confusing & different than CTS. Pls tell about the monthly performance pay & quarterly pay since, it constitutes 11k monthly so, how much will i get? Does it depends on project? I need a move as I'm not treated well here

Any other 1st years kind of insulted by the bonus we got? I know we don’t normally get bonus but I thought it was pretty weak. The way I see it, we had a signed agreement to start work in Aug/Sep, and they completely abandoned us when they furloughed us. I would’ve made ~12K during the months I was furloughed, so minus the 2k stipend, Deloitte basically took 10k away from me(plus the COLA adjustment we were promised that never came). The bonus is only ~25% of what I lost

My new job has a 100% raise to my current salary with equity and bonus. Feel so good to leave a company that takes you for granted and made you do 2 people’s work that not a single soul in the team is capable of or wants to do. To anyone who feel like under-appreciated at work, being taken for granted, did all the dirty job but the reward is more jobs you don’t like. Start looking for new jobs. NOW. If they don’t care about your career or refuse a raise, you just need to find someone who does.

Looking at a Senior role for a startup that been around about 10yrs and is profitable. It’s equal to a EVP in other orgs as it reports into a Chief X Officer. They’re saying comp is low 2’s for base, bonus is $20K and equity is options. Current cash comp is about $300K/yr. thoughts?!.....

Best life lesson I learned from Deloitte: don’t ever, EVER sign a contract that demands you return the sign on bonus if you leave within a year. I thought to myself, “I would never leave a company within a year”, but I grossly underestimated how much I could hate a job.
