Depends, if you take the 16 week you get 4 week pay. If you do the 12 week I think you get around 3 weeks pay - that sorta thing.
You can’t take sabbatical though like partially paid sabbatical, at least that’s what I was told a year ago.
Definitely talk with your attorney and give them a copy of the policy

If the firm has not initiated your Gc process, know that the time on your leave doesn’t count towards the 1 year tenure requirement at EY to initiate it
