70-90k, 100-140k, 160-250k.
MBA from top schools start at 170k base and as a "Consultant" which is in between Senior Associate and Director. Progression is Associate, Senior Associate, Consultant, Director, Senior Director, PPMD.
OTS also doesn't exist anymore, it's TSE under EYP brand. EYP has Growth Strategy, Transaction Strategy and Execution, Turnaround and Restructuring. There is no harmonization between competencies unless you're a new campus hire.
New hires don't choose a competency, just recruit for EYP in general. Wages are standardized. Legacy people in lower paying competencies expected their wages to get bumped but they won't so they're a little butthurt and complain all the time.
Overall compensation of groups currently, go Growth Strategy, Restructuring, and then TSE.
Bonus not meaningful unless it's in the restructuring competency where it can be 20% on the low end to 40-50% as a Director+. There's a huge discrepancy between low and high performers. I know everyone on this app thinks they are a high perfomer but when there's a 60k gap between one person's bonus to the next, clearly someone isn't.
@EYP1 Karma will come back to bite you in the ass. You just wait.
At what level?
