One query, I have received an offer letter from Wipro (Career Group: C1) with package of 28 LPA, out of which INR 420000 is allocated as 'Variable Pay' which will be paid on quarterly basis'. Need to know how much % would generally be paid out? Is it 100% or less as per the individual/organization performance.

Urgent because I have a job offer and my decision rests on the answer to this question

Is the specialist position in PwC India equivalent to analyst or senior analyst? Is it the junior most hierarchy level in the organisation or is it second last in the succession ladder?

I would love some suggestions on transitioning and career paths.

I gave 15+ years in healthcare claims (payer side, physician/facility side) and revenue cycle management. I’m burnt out and want to transition away from revenue cycle mgmt.
