I got an offer from chubb Business Services with 10.5 LPA. My exp is 1.6 yrs and my current package is around 7 LPA at Infosys. Should I take this up ? How is it working for chubb ? FDD 🐠 I will be promoted to audit SM in October, however looking to transfer to the FDD practice. Based on discussions with partners in the practice, I would be brought in as an experienced manager with opportunity to promote to senior manager in FDD next year. Is the learning curve steep, or should I push to come in as SM? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
