Hello, what is working in retail banking like at JPMorgan Chase ? Specially the branch manager role. I’m looking in the Columbus area. How is pay, culture, benefits, sales environment, meetings, etc. How easy is it to transition from retail banking to corporate. I hear the Polaris campus has great opportunities, I was thinking about getting my foot in the door through retail then transferring to corporate ?

I have some doubt regarding pf contribution... Say for example.. 12% of my base salary is 600 which gets deducted from my salary.. on the flip side.. the company has to contribute 600 to my pf (which is actually deducted from my salary only like already part of CTC)?. So my question again is that.. the company contributes 600 as well? PwC

Hard to say really. I’m in TRS and everything is team / org dependent. VC is not the same as working capital, which is not the same as RAS (all sub orgs of TRS).
On my team, Ops Turnaround which is inside RAS, we do a combination of PEI and case interviews. The leaders are MBB alumni so we treat it similar to MBB interviews, but the cases are less formal.
WLB varies project to project but in general is better than MBB life.
I like our team a lot. If you’re an engineer / operator with manufacturing and/or ops experience hit me up. We’re way oversold and hiring good people as fast as we can (which isn’t that fast).
Thank you for the info. I very much appreciate it.

If you even have WLB or diversity as words floating around in your head, big4 isn’t your place to hang out lol

And not saying they don’t hire diverse talent, big4 views all people with pulses as equally capable desktop slaves, but like, for all the noise they make, WLB and culture will always suck simplify because of the nature of the industry, it’s literally a labor extracting pyramid scheme lol
Diversity is non-existent, very little asians, some indians, some but less than their fair share of females, very little black, etc. Mostly white males in TRS.
Just completed interview cycle with eyp. Happy to connect.
