Hi,
Recently, I got an offer from Microsoft and the team is Dynamics 365 Globalization team. Could anyone let me know how is the work culture and tech stack in the team?
They are offering less as compared to my other offers. That is why i am trying to understand more about the work in teams?
Thanks Microsoft

$ and WLB, option 1
Ok, so I’m in my mid 40s and grew up on rap/ hip hop. I love to see people using the word, but the proper spelling is “wack”; no “h”. :)
Good luck with your choice. You are gonna do awesome things!
Potential outsized future earnings? This all seems like the most roundabout (née consultant) way to ask “startup” vs “industry”
I'm currently writing this from the bottom of a project org chart and laughing my way to the bank. Plenty of time and runway to take over.
Why would you sign up for whack wlb if you’d be underpaid?
There is “potential” for future outsized earnings. The other option is guarateed good money.
I feel slightly tilting towards Option 1 but how do I get over the dread of feeling frustrated at daily interactions?
Drugs and alcohol
Is this even a question??? 1 always and forever, laughing all the way to the bank. Use the time you’re bored as f on a passion project
Stack that paper.
Agreed with M1. There are opportunities for you to get around numnuts if you get in and keep your eyes open
Why are these the only 2 options? I'd take #1 and move on if it is unbearable. But at least you finally get to enjoy life outside of work in the meantime.
🙏 for the input. Will go with #1 and try to focus on other priorities in life. Maybe find an inspirational leader in the new job to make day to day easy.
What kind of role is the former?
Or stay at McK and continue to job hunt because both of those options sound sub-optimal
